John was formerly a shareholder and founding partner of Monaghan & Fortin, P.C., formerly Monaghan & Gold, P.C. and Monaghan, Ferrante & Fortin, P.C. John has extensive experience in the representation of individual clients, medical institutions, hospital, healthcare facilities and medical centers in the areas of medical malpractice, medical risk management, products liability, general civil litigation. He has significant experience in commercial, real estate, construction, vehicular injury, employment litigation, liquor liability, general representation of all medical and osteopathic physicians, specialties and medical groups in all medical specialties including dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors, orthopods and emergency medicine physicians.
