Patrick J. Cosgrove joined the firm in 2003. Patrick’s practice focuses on litigation matters with an emphasis on the defense of lawyers and accountants in malpractice actions. Patrick also has experience defending management in all facets of labor and employment law.

Since joining Harvey Pennington, Patrick has taken and defended a number of depositions, has written a broad range of documents including pre-trial motions, appellate briefs, and case evaluations, and has appeared for and argued motions and appellate matters. Additionally, Patrick has gained significant trial experience sitting as second chair for a number of trials.
