Erika practices civil defense litigation with a concentration on defending employer’s interests in Workers’ Compensation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk with Commonwealth Department of Labor and Industry working directly with Workers’ Compensation Judges in Philadelphia. Erika is also quite familiar with the practice of civil and criminal law in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, where she served as a judicial clerk with The Honorable Peter J. O’Brien.
